Help Us Protect the Pool From Vandalism
All residents are owners of the Four Lakes pool, furniture, and facilities. It is everyone’s responsibility to respectfully use our facility. It is also everyone’s responsibility to report any misuse or neglect of our facility. This includes any suspected foul play you may see after the pool is closed. A quick phone call to the Arapahoe Sheriff at (303) 795-4711 could save us a lot of money. It is our dues that pay for the pool and it will take extra dues to replace any major misuse or destruction. Let’s all be conscientious.
Pool Hours & Access
Pool hours are:
10:00am to 9:00pm MONDAY through THURSDAY
10:00am to 9:30pm FRIDAY
9:30am to 9:30pm SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
Starting in mid-August the pool will have a monitor instead of a life guard from opening until 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. This coincides with the start for school for Littleton Public Schools. Additional information and rules will be posted prior to this time.
NO POOL ACCESS CARD - NO POOL ADMITTANCE
One access card has been made available to all homeowners who are current with their homeowner dues - $50.00 replacement fee for lost or stolen cards. For homes that are rented, it is the homeowner’s choice and responsibility to give access cards to the tenants. Access cards will be required at all times for admission to the pool. Residents must sign in. This pool is for the use of Village of Four Lakes residents and their authorized guests only.
LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
There are lifeguards on duty during pool operating hours. These lifeguards are here for your safety. They are not, however, at the pool to substitute as babysitters or nannies. Children 11 years of age or younger may not be left at the pool unattended or unsupervised.
GUESTS
Four (4) guests are welcome to accompany your family at any time into our pool area. There is no charge, but you will be responsible for your guests.
GAZEBO RESERVATIONS
The gazebo's can be reserved and rented for private gatherings. This is only the gazebo, not the entire pool. The cost is $25.00 with a $50.00 cleaning/damage deposit. Reservations can be made with the guards at the pool. Contact Advanced Property Management (720-489-5000) if you need to reserve a gazebo if the pool has not opened for the current seasson. Please be advised that ther are certain weekends that the gazebo's will not be available for reservations. This would be weekends that are generally very busy.
LAP SWIMMING
A lap swimming area will be available at all times. Lap lane is for lap swimming only.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
No one 11 years or younger may be left unaccompanied or unsupervised at the pool facility.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited inside the fenced pool area and directly outside the pool gate. Please smoke in the pool parking lot only.
