Waste Management
Trash services are a part of the HOA services and are included in your dues. Recycling is available at no extra cost. Any issues regarding trash removal should be directed to Advanced Property Management - 720-489-5000.
If you would like to add recycling you need to obtain a recycling container either from Waste Management (303-797-1600) OR from a local hardware or container store. Any recycling container is allowed. Because it is included in regular trash pickup on a biweekly basis, you just need to leave the appropriate container along with your trash at the curb on the appropriate alternating week. Waste Management does "single stream" recycling so that you do not have to sort items. All recycling can be mixed in the container(s). The following materials are acceptable for recycling:
- Aluminum Food & Beverage Containers
- Glass Food & Beverage Containers
- Tin Cans
- #1 & #2 Plastic Bottleneck Containers
- #3, #4, #5, #6, #7 Plastic Bottles
- Newspapers
- Corrugated Cardboard (cut into 2' x 2' pieces)
- Magazines & Catalogs
- Cereal Boxes
- Telephone Books
- Printer & Copier Paper
- Junk Mail
Normal trash pickup is on Monday throughout the community. Please have your trash out by 7 am and no earlier than 6 pm the day prior. If Monday is a major holiday, trash pick up will be delayed by ONE day. The major holidays include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
